Delivery information

Shipment Information:

All items are shipped from Germany. Items are normally shipped within 2 days from order. Please, have a look at the product description for more information. We ship via DHL or Deutsche Post.

Depending on the destination, delivery time from order placement is normally around one week within the EU (two days in Germany).

 

Standard parcels have a tracking number and are insured up to € 500,- via DHL.

Economy parcels have no tracking number and are not insured.

 

 

We do not ship Cites sensitive items outside the borders of The European Union.

We do not ship any horn, bone or ivory material to the US states with special legislation towards such items. You are welcome to send a mail, so we can check shipping options for your items.

Orders for a total less than 275,- Euro for destinations within Germany will be charged a shipping fee of:

- Standard 5,49 Euro

- Economy 3,99 Euro

- Orders exceeding a total of 275,- Euro can be shipped free within Germany.

Minimum order amount for Shipping within Germany is €30.

 

European Union:

Orders for a total less than 400,- Euro for destinations within the European Union will be charged a shipping fee of:

- Standard 14,49 Euro

- Economy 10,49 Euro

- Orders exceeding a total of 400,- Euro can be shipped free within the European Union.

Minimum order amount for Shipping within the EU is €30.

 

World:

Orders for destinations outside the European Union: Ask for your specific need. Shipping times vary upon destination. Please note, we simply pass on the corresponding DHL fees for shipping from Germany to your destination.

- Example: Economy Worldwide (up to 2 Kg.) is 18,49 Euro

 Minimum order amount for Shipping outside the EU is €150.
